I know it's been ages.....

Hello to everyone!

I have been incredibly slack keeping up to date with the blog in recent months.  We have an incredible staff shortage and the business just gets busier and busier.

It's been a tough few months for family reasons.  We are still shocked over the passing of Mark's gorgeous sister Jan.  She fought a long and brave with Breast Cancer and deserved far more time with her family.

We do have Jan to thank for getting us back to Melbourne though, and making us realise that it's not such a stretch to get back from time to time.  Hopefully we will be back between Christmas and New Years this year to see family and friends.

As I mentioned we are busy.  The restaurant just goes from strength to strength and our sponsorship with the Crushers Rugby League Club means we have most of the Footy players here on a weekend.  Next month we host their Presentation night and are expecting 200+ people!!

We are desperate for people....if anyone needs a job.....
